About Bicksler and Associates

Founded by Gene Bicksler in 1987, Bicksler and Associates provides management and consulting services to homeowners associations, consulting services to developers and lenders, and expert consultation for the legal community.

The basic philosophy of Bicksler and Associates is to focus on a select group of clients. We do not manage 100 associations and do not aspire to do so. Instead, we manage two to four associations (comprising 60% to 70% of our work) and spend the remainder of our time working on a consulting basis to developers, financial institutions, attorneys and homeowner associations.

This philosophy allows us to concentrate on the needs of our clients, to plan ahead, consider options and always take the initiative, avoiding the common pitfall of "reactionary" management.

Our business plan, by its nature, also means that each client is very important to us because each represents a significant percentage of our business. The advantage to the client is obvious.

Bicksler and Associates is a fully insured company, including fidelity bond and professional errors and omissions coverage.
